Bad experience with this shop,every time I come here to fix something have to come back because they didn't do it properly. Last time came here for ac unit freon recharge they didn't even inspect it for leaks,there was a visible leak and because of that leak all the freon was gone, had to come back and pay again full fee for AC service all this from their mistake! If you want quality this shop is not for you!

These technicians don't know what they are doing. I let them touch my semi truck to fix my wheel alignment, and they worked on it for almost 5 hours. While working on it, they kept Facetimeing with someone to tell them what to do. Ultimately, I asked for a report, but they could not provide it, telling me their machine was not connecting to a network. Now, my truck is worse than ever. I had to replace two brand-new Bridgestone steer tires. In less than three weeks, my drive axle tire also wore out. Do not let these people touch your truck. It will cost you a lot of money to let them touch your vehicle; none of them are certified.

Dishonest and very deceiving! We bought two of our trucks there for repairs . The first one they claim they couldn’t find the parts and when they did the parts were triple the price . After we got the truck back the work was not complete in full the truck still was doing what we sent it to Mercer Truck Repair to get fixed for . The second truck we had a far worse experience. Called us and said our truck was done . We sent a driver to pick it up and he gets there and the truck is in pieces literally . Our driver is told they can’t find parts. And we are like parts for what we didn’t authorize this . They took it upon themselves to take our truck back apart and lie about a separate issue. The police were called because they refused to release our truck. We had to wait till the next day and another call to the police to get our truck back that left with far more issues that it came with. Don’t bother trying to talk to the Owner he is greedy for money and will just talk overtop of you. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ! Go to another Truck shop if you want it done the right way !

If i ever need any service done to my truck and im in the area, i would 100% go back to them. Great owner and great mechanics. Did everything to get me back on the road as soon as possible. Definitely recommend.
